Gators and Former Gators,
Very shortly we'll be sending out an "evite" for our Cadre which will be held Friday May 30th & Saturday May 31st here in Marietta. The following is a general sequence of events:
Friday May 30th (Marietta Conference Center and Resort)
-1730 - Cocktail Hour
-1830 - Plated Dinner - spouse / significant other encouraged, business casual attire, cost $40 per person
-1930 - Retire to Bar
Saturday May 31st (NAS Atlanta)
-1530 - 1700 - Last Flight
-1800 - Cadre Ceremony
-1900 - Post-ceremony Party
The "evite" will show the sequence of events and allows you to RSVP for the dinner on May 30th. We would appreciate it if you'd do so as quickly as possible so that we can pin down the numbers. We have the capability to accomodate up to 200 and expect about 90-100 current Gators and spouses to attend. We have plenty of room for all and would be honored to have you as our guests.

For out-of-towners looking for a place to stay, the Marietta Conference Center has offered a limited block of rooms for the discounted rate of $99 per night although I'm sure that cheaper accommodations can be found elsewhere. A link for the MCC can be found on our website.
Lastly, we ask that you disseminate this email and the invitation as widely as possible. We hope that the Gator network can bring out many with whom we've lost contact.
